Tow Truck Payment Estimator

Standard loan math for the truck you are looking at, plus the number that actually matters: what the payment adds to every call you run. The pre-filled values are editable examples, not an offer or a market price. Everything runs in your browser; we never see or store your numbers.

The loan (your numbers)

Your workload estimate

Commercial truck financing rates and terms vary with credit, truck age, and lender; get real quotes before deciding. Used trucks finance differently than new, and equipment loans differ from consumer auto loans. Your accountant can tell you what the interest and depreciation mean for taxes.

This loan, estimated

Amount financed
$50,000.00
Monthly payment
$1,050.09
Total interest over term
$13,005.58
Total paid (loan only)
$63,005.58
Payment per billable call
$13.13

The last line is the truck's claim on every call before fuel, insurance, or your time. It belongs in your rate floor.

How to read the result

  • Run the calls-per-month number low on purpose. A payment that only works at optimistic volume is a payment that owns you in the slow months.
  • A cheaper truck with higher maintenance is not automatically cheaper; a newer truck with a payment is not automatically safer. This calculator prices the loan; your maintenance history prices the rest.
  • Compare the payment-per-call line against the rates in your market and any regulated caps for nonconsent work before you sign anything.
